Data Collection

The information published in this website was collected by provincial UNHCR protection teams in January 2015 in Pakistan. Field teams that interact with the local communities were consulted and in specific localities, information from the participatory assessment in October 2014 was utilised.

Where the situation has changed since this time, this is noted in the specific posts.

The following questions were asked and for each thematic areas. This raw information has been categorised by sector and by location into a series of posts (e.g. Health in Peshawar). This enables the information to be accessed easily via the menu at the top of the page listing all of the sectors and locations. Lastly, there are two overarching summary pages, one with analysis by sector and one by location.
